Viagra Connect® is an oral tablet based treatment that is quickly absorbed – it takes 30–60 minutes to work. Do not take more than 1 tablet a day.

A consultation with the pharmacist is required before any supply of Viagra Connect® can be made, you only need to ask for a pharmacist and tell them why you are there. Once nothing has changed since your last Connect purchase we can arrange a repeat script for this treatment, so the consultation will only be once.

The suit was filed on Wednesday by a California woman who alleges the Food and Drug Administration’s approval of the drug as a generic alternative has affected her health, prompting a lengthy investigation by the U. Justice Department.
“It appears the FDA has engaged in a deliberate policy to promote Viagra as a more effective treatment for erectile dysfunction,” said Acting U. Attorney Thomas C. Malhoteerder, according to the suit. “This illegal practice appears to be consistent with the FDA’s longstanding warning that impotence drugs should not be used for sexual enhancement and that such drugs should be banned in all medical devices and by any qualified healthcare provider.”
In November, a federal court in New York ordered the FDA to stop a generic version of the drug, Pfizer Inc.’s erectile dysfunction drug Viagra, from being approved for marketing in the United States.
It was the first generic version of Viagra approved by the FDA since 1998, according to court documents. In June, a lawsuit filed by the plaintiffs alleged the drug’s approval was a deliberate marketing strategy intended to influence doctors to prescribe Viagra instead of treating the underlying condition.
“The FDA had an intent to promote Viagra to consumers in order to increase its availability,” said the suit, which was filed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
The suit is the result of an ongoing investigation by the U. Food and Drug Administration and the plaintiffs’ attorney, John C. Lippman.
“As part of its FDA-approved marketing, the FDA has authorized the generic drug for Viagra to be sold under the brand name Viagra,” Lippman said in a news release. “This illegal marketing plan, while consistent with FDA regulations, has been a deliberate policy of public health.”
The suit also claims the FDA “has not authorized the generic drug, Viagra, or any other brand name product to be sold by a U. pharmacy,” according to the suit.
“The FDA is aware of the FDA’s desire to promote the use of generic medications in its labeling and regulations, but the FDA has not acted reasonably to ensure that it has the resources to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a product that the FDA has authorized,” said the suit.
According to the suit, the FDA was aware of the illegal marketing and that the agency “did not approve the use of the generic drug in a manner that would have led to the FDA’s finding that the drug was ineffective.”
The suit alleges that the FDA “has never approved the use of the generic drug for the treatment of erectile dysfunction or the indication that it is approved for that use,” according to the suit.
“This conduct was inconsistent with the FDA’s longstanding policy to promote erectile dysfunction medication and the FDA’s longstanding policy of promoting Viagra,” Lippman said.
The lawsuit was filed on Friday in U. District Court in New York. The case was filed in federal court in Manhattan and was consolidated with the case against Pfizer.
